Yes, as this is what makes the gun Section 1. Holding the lever down can land you with all kinds of problems, other than the legal issues (think along the lines of loading 3 x 2.5" cartridges into the mag of a S2 3.5" shotgun :? ), the guns are designed to break if you try to hold the lever down to try to get it to go semi-auto, then you've got to explain to your FEO why you need a variation for the replacement parts and have to fork out £400 to buy them :(
