Looks like you're right, ARCatch22 just confirmed it! I take it all back!

I personally think the website is a bit misleading. Disappointing as I have ordered a Spikes with one fitted. Might have to go back to plan A and look at the CMMG BHOA instead now :cool2:
Not sure if it will fit your lower but there is a thing called the better mag adapter that allowes 15-22 mags to be used in cmmg uppers and it locks back every time you can get them from riflemags.co.uk

I was probably the first user of the Catch 22 & 15 22 mag's in the UK. In my BAR22 it's always been faultless & gives a .22 AR full functionality.

Yep, but it's a clone.

Yes, including a moderated SUB version.

Designed from the ground up as a sub-caliber training tool for police depts that utilised full bore ARs....

Hence, it works out of the box every time, no fettling, no tweaking and will run for 10s of thousands of rounds. And dare I say it, a fraction of the cost....

And there's actually the argument that it's a stand alone design in itself and not a clone, where as BAR, CMMG and Lantac are poor clones of the original concept, without after market work and bits....
