is that for a complete unit? Or for the servos, controller etc and individuals have to set up their own target?
how hard would it be to add more servos in and get more targets?
how hard would it be to add extra programs?

That is for a complete unit ready to go.
More targets and programs could be added as a custom build, however I would be looking to produce a standard product such that if you used it at different clubs, or postal comps etc it offered a consistent target.
Any way as promised here is a pic of the rough proof of concept prototype, The final version will be painted slate grey and will have additional protection front and rear of the base.
