Snows Are Late This Year

#1 Post by Blu »

We usually start seeing snow around the middle to the end of October, this year however they have been late but today it looks like it's arriving with a bang. This is what it looks like after just an hour of snow and the forecast says snow for the next four days. This is pretty much how it'll look until Spring in March/April next year

Hit us that hard today also, but the ground was still too warm.

Burner, it quit snowing around 5PM (more on the way) and we were supposed to get one - three inches. We ended up getting around six - nine inches. Snow shovels are out and the plough is hooked up.

Not at all envious of that snow :(

Miserable rain here in sunny England!

It just got cold and wet here, I'm sure Mr Darwin was proven correct several times this morning on a frosty intersection, overpass, or curve.

My son would be in his element with all that snow - he's desperate for a decent snowfall this year! fingerscrossed
