Acoustic chronograph

I guess this product might be of interest to some: A chronograph that works independent of light. It uses acoustic sensors.

What I can say for sure so far:
Compact/packable
Userfriendly
Advertised as very accurate, I get V0's that match my trajectories but am not able to say anything definitive about accuracy yet.
It does register shots fired outside the sensor area, but it gives V0 wildly off.
Do not tilt it.
Aim at the target to get it parallell with the bullet trajectory, do not mind the level bubble so much.
If it is good enough, a great product for me as it will give me 4 extra months of reliable chronographing.

Group buy maybe, if they will lower the price a tad for multiple units. :twisted:

Good to see you managed to get it compared, I was hoping to get a test done this weekend against the PVM however both Bisley and Barton Road meetings were cancelled due to the snow we have here {Sigh....}

I watched your video this morning, you make the best shooting videos that I have ever seen.

For several reasons...:

No talk...so none of all this "erm", "oh", "stuttering" awkward pauses and so on.

No music that only distracts from the subject at hand.

Clear text where additional information is needed.

Seems unbiased, you leave the viewer to decide.

Stunning scenery!

Input from the local wildlife :lol:
