
Ordered a scope on the 6th but when nothing had arrived by the 11th, I e-mailed them (politely) to ask if there was any problem. Got an series of e-mails first thing on the 12th - 1) To apologise and 2) to say that they've contacted the suppliers to ask that it be sent straight to me and I should have by Friday!
I said thank you, but thought there's no way it'll get here for Friday, :roll: Monday at the very earliest. Wrong - it turned up half an hour ago. :goodjob:
