Dear all,

I would like to introduce myself to the forum.
My name is Felipe and I 'm a Spaniard living in the UK, for more than 5 years already!. Occupation? boring computers so I need a lot of hobbies to keep me awake: Radio control Planes, Rockets, Target shooting,... I would like to have more and more and also to practice them more but money is always short!.

I have been shooting for a couple of years, first air then .22, .38, .308, .. My main club is Roding Rifle and Pistol club but I am also a member of South East Essex and I recently joined the NRA.

I enjoy target shooting and also reloading my own stuff. I really enjoy that and being able to create the loads I need for I want to do.

I think I am very luck with the people I have met at both clubs because they are always willing to help and show me the ropes.

I come from Madrid. My parents are from Murcia but I grew up in Madrid.
I joined Oracle in 2001, in Madrid, and in 2007 I saw an interesting position in an EMEA team (still at Oracle), based in London and that's how I ended up here enjoying those lovely British summers: You own me 5 summers already! :-)

What I miss the most? Sun and light: I do not like the low gray clouds. I can live with rain but low gray clouds are horrible.
Food: that's a topic: if you are open minded enough you will find nice English meals.
Beer: I have discovered and now love bitters and ales, even at room temperature!
People: In the beginning I found English people to be very reserved, I guess that is even more in London than in other parts of the country, but after a while I made some friends that I consider now very good friends.

I see many people speak Spanish in the forum! That's nice :-)
