Have you tried uploading to Photobank? Its easy...Yeah may be its flickr permissions but I don't want to change those...just trying to see if I could get flickr to work for you...there is a facility under share to grab the code but iT just shows the code in Img syntax.

Hi Rob, I think you need to alter the permissions on the picture to public as I cant see them.

Yeaah...its a guest pass,,,try it from your flickr...but Photobucket is straight forward...no security probs...what ever I put in Photobank is not like personal wedding fotos etc...its all for forums.

Upload your foto to photobucket.
Click Img in new message body.
In photobucket hover over picture with cursor...selection appears below...click over direct link and it reports you copied...go to FB message and paste between IMG syntax brackets and post...give it a try.
