Looks like the sight mount is the wrong way around and if its a non magnified Red Dot (Aimpoint Style) where you have it positioned is too close to your eye.

Ive seen the same statement on reviews of the red dot, it is the right way, I just whacked it on at the range, ill move it when I put the iron sights on tomorrow.

What distance are you zeroing it for?
What model Walther sight is it ?
Sorry to ask but I have a H&K 416 .22lr made by Walther so was just after a comparison.

Let me know how you get on with the BHOD. It can be fussy. Do you have the CMMG firing pin ?

l have taken the BHOA out of my Raven and it runs a lot sweeter, although l am going to put it back in to try it with the Taccom pressure plug that arrived from MidwayUK today.
It takes up the little bit of play that the bolt assembly as in the upper and is supposed to improve cycling of CMMG conversion kits.
Will feed back if it works (hope it does something after paying out £20 for a bit of synthetic rubber).

The pressure plugs are only $7.95, I bought 2 in the US last year and have one fitted to my BAR22, could not tell if it makes BHOA operated any more reliably although mine is pretty much 99% reliable now, I, however, put that down to the CMMG Evo mags.

These are on my "maybe" list. What is BHOA and what does the preasure plug do?
