New recruit to shooting

Took one of my 12 year olds to our club clay shoot today with the single barreled 20g I got to see if they'd use it. That was fine until he got a shot of a very natty cammo Webley semi-auto and found it very much to his liking. Seems hooked, very keen for the next shoot and now wants a gun like that.
Time to clear out the gun cupboard; If I sell my old Alex Martin, Greener GP and his H+R 20g I should be able to get something.
He'll be pleased.... I'll be able to use it for wildfowling on those frosty winter mornings when he won't be able to get up

I started my son odd with C/F pistol at around 14 years old and these days he shoots to 1000/1200 with me quite often. Saturday we were building rifles together which was a first for him, it was very enjoyable as well.

Yep, get them started young - and hammer safety into them. Good to see the youngsters out shooting, the sport needs them.

Yeah, so I'll buy something for him that I want to play with, that way I can enjoy my own bequest in advance :goodjob:
