Variation question?

Hi guys.
Looking to put on for a few more slots, the form has space for 5 requests but I want to put in for some mods Aswell. How do I do this?
Would it be best re printing that page or adding a cover page or is 5 the max you can request in one go?

Ring the department and ask. Honestly, that's not as flippant as it sounds. My area don't require a 101 submitted, just a detailed letter with the variations required and the good reason for each one.

IF they also require paperwork - get a copy of the Form101 online
There ARE some editable PDF versions out there; that way you fill all the information in, save it & send as an email.
Next set of changes means that all the data is saved already & you just have some minor editing to do before saving the changes

Just put my purchase notification in to Durham, they will accept email for purchase or sale notifications but for variations they insist on an actual written request being submitted but don't require form 101.

I have the form all filled in and saved, just wondering is 5 the limit of slots I can ask for in one go?
I need around 8

No 5 is not the limit, I just submitted a spreadsheet for mine 13 in total (inc moderators), I didn't bother with the section on the form I just wrote on it see separate sheet and that was fine.
