Stock is loose, so need to remove recoil pad to fix it, got manual, but screws are just turning, turning, and nothing happening, not coming off, don`t want to force it. Any ideas? Thx.

have you tried pulling back on the recoil pad at the same time to put some pressure on them?

After the screws come undone so far, they end up just spinning in the recoil pad - but obviously, they aren't unscrewing any more.
If you've undone both screws, it should just pull off. The synthetic stock does 'pinch' the end, but it should take too much force.
Have you got a newer Hatstand (with the curved LOP spacers) or an older model (with the standard / non-chamfered mag cap)?

I think it is the older version. That problem has been fixed now. However I think I got the "youth" stock so I will have to buy a new synthetic stock. My local dealer would like to charge £67 for it, which is very steep.... Where else to buy it? It is the mossy oak camo.

Hatsans generally have a short reach, The "Youth" model currently listed seems to be 20g pump action although I do think a youth model semi was available at one time. Maybe you are too big for the gun?

I prefer them (Hatsans) and the CZ HC-P because they fit me at 5'8" and I like a small compact shotgun - like a carbine in fact. Mossbergs, Remmy's and Benelli's have too long a reach for me and I end up reaching so far out that operating the thing is a chore.
You can extend them with spacers y'know...or take a cheap flight over and buy all the spares you need (bring your FAC though), it's quite warm here right now and exchange rate is not bad.

Yep, they did. I have one. Youth models were only available in 20ga with 24" barrels. I'm thinking of turning it into a S1 gun. 7+1 20ga slug....? Should be a hoot.

That's about the going price for one...

Hi! Thx for answer. I'm 5,8" too. Gun's stock is 1" shorter than someone else's on our range. Same, 12g, mossy oak camo. The other gun's stock and recoil pad are different shape. My head sits too low. 4-5 different shooters tried mine and said " stock is to short" ....could prev owner change stock to the youth version from a 20g?

Can you provide me some info pls? Measure gun's overall length, stocklength, and a pic of the stock pls? Could compare. Thx.

The Youth model came with either a black synthetic or Turkish walnut stock, not mossy oak.
