For Sale : Ciener 22lr kit for AR/M4 style rifles

#1 Post by Charlotte the flyer »

One Ciener 22lr drop in kit for an AR style rifle. It turns your .223 into a .22lr semi auto so that you can practice with it on the cheap. It works great in my Sabre M4 carbine with CCI standard ammunition.

I'm based in North Staffs but currently working in Reading. Can meet en route (M6/M42/M40/A34) if required, also at Thruxton next weekend if that helps.

Looking for £150 for it.

Many Thanks

Charlotte

N.B. You can get Black Dog full size magazines that work with this converter if the skinny Ciener put you off :good:

Out of interest Charlotte how does this appear on your FAC?

I have slots on mine for .22LR and .223; does it take up one of these or do you need it specified separately as something else?

Slightly different however I have a .22LR upper for my SGC and it is shown as:

.223 Southern Gun Company Rifle
.22 CZ Conversion Unit

I applied for a 1:1 variation and got both of these as one item (No extra cost) as the two units go together. I keep meaning to sell them as I never use the rifle and I do wonder if this effectively gives me 2 spare slots when they are gone despite coming in as a single slot. If that makes sense...

In Staffs this shows as a ".22 conversion unit"

As Lee says, it's on my ticket as a conversion unit, .22 calibre.
