I shoot gallery rifle, and air pistol, at several ranges in Scotland. Enjoy competition, and enjoy a good natter about our sport.

Stirling to Tain, that's a bit of a trek. Welcome.

Thank you all for the welcome. I've been lurking for a while, so I've got some idea of what the locals are like :).

Tain was my club when I lived in the Highlands, and I've retained membership since I moved to Stirling. I do belong to other clubs closer to my new home, but Tain has an outdoor 50yd firing point -- wonderful for .22 Free Pistol.

David, you didn't just buy a 22 pistol off a chap near Dundee did you? Possibly set up via another forum?

Mike,

I replied in the affirmative to your question, but my post seems to have gone astray...
