I had been using one of their 4.5-18x56 models for a good few years now and have always been very happy with it. I went to use it the other day and found the elevation turret just turning without the "clicks". I Emailed the company who quickly responded and asked that I return it to be examined. Two days later I got an E mail saying that they had looked at it and it was not possible to repair, they added that the fault was the first of this type they had seen (typical !! ) and would I like to have a look on their website and tell them which model I wanted to replace it with as my 'scope was no longer in production. I had a look, selected the one that was nearest the price of my original and had the reticule I required. Two days later a brand new 5-25x50 scope was delivered (I had only asked for the 44mm model). I feel that this excellent service deserves recognition and it is good to see a company so willing to help it's customers and standby their products.
