Which gun... sugegstions please

I have a spare slot on my FAC for a .22 rifle. I mainly shoot practical type stuff, and have zero interest in wearing a funny jacket, sling, hat, glasses, glove etc when I go shooting
It was originally my intention to fill this slot with a CZ452, so I can do some informal 'precision' type plinking/benchrest or perhaps some long range rimfire stuff as mentioned elsewhere on these hallowed pages.
Before I make the plunge, I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for something fun and impractical instead?
I currently have a S&W 15-22, and I don't really want a 10/22 so suggest away :)

Something old. Browning 22 auto. A lever gun? A Henry/Charter Arms AR7 for inaccurate giggles? A Martini International? Fit a scope and shoot a long way, relatively. The Ruger 77/22's are a "best kept secret". Cracking quality, accurate, with a "big rifle feel" but reasonably priced.

If you already have a gun to fill your practical urges then go for something like a BSA International and put a scope on it. Superbly accurate and the Martini action is great.

If you can find one go for a MAS45.
It is a Mauser design, but the peep-sights are a big plus. As you would expect, it is accurate & totally bomb proof.

So far the Ruger 77/22 is winning... with a lever close behind, although I think I will satisfy my lever cravings with something more meaty than a .22 :)
As for my practical urges being satisfied... I wouldn't quite say that. One can never have too many black guns! I seem to have an aversion to wooden stocks, unless it's on a SBS or OU shotgun...

if you can get one a calico m100, no one can argue with a 100rd mag.
I have one but be careful I screwed up my mag less than 72 hours after getting it.
