What is the difference between the Baikal 627 vs Baikal 27 EM 1C? Thx.

Thx, i know about this site, but can't find any 627 on it. Do You know the answer, pls?

Hi..

The 27 and the 627 are basically the same gun. The 27 is a newer model, Remington were importing them and selling them as a Spartan SPR 310 in the USA.

Here is a couple of pages from an old catalog around 1980 showing the different variations of the Baikal O/U

A lot of people will say they are rubbish which is great because it means you can pick them up for a song. I picked this lot for less than the price of a second hand Lanber. razz The one on the left is my favourite and cost £75.00

Check out the serial number if it does not have any letters only numbers, then the first two numbers are the date of manufacture. If the ser no has letters then you may be able to work out the date of manufacture from the following table.
