Hello from France

Hello,

I am a Brit, now living in France.

I'm an ex Royal Navy submariner, I've worked as an armourer for a few companies since leaving the mob, but I have spent the last 5 year designing small arms on a subcontract basis for various companies.

I'm setting up shop as a Gunsmith over here in France, 66 million people live here, with 20 million registered firearms, and about 100 registered gunsmiths for the whole country.

My main reason for joining the group is to maintain links with the UK shooting community, but as my passion is for pistols, life is a little easier for me over here.
One thing I am exploring, is Shooting holidays for Brits, with various local clubs hosting events for visiting British shooters. But there is a lot of work to be done on this, so don't hold your breath.

Anyway, I look forward to contributing to the community, you seem like a nice bunch

Cheers

Now that's a welcome

Cheers

I'm going to call the business Northumbrian Armouries, the mainstay of the business will be handguns & long range target rifles.
Although I will be supplying other stuff too.

They've already got that one sorted, tear of the red & blue bits, and you're left with a handy white bit to wave :run:
