Hatsan Escort 12g Section 1

I am offering for sale my SECTION 1 (FAC) Hatsan Escort semi auto 12g shotgun.
£250.
As you can see it has both a pistol stock and the original in line stock.
The tube can take 10 cartridges however I regularly only load/shoot 6. As can be seen in the pics I used a rubber type paint to paint the tube. It may not be pretty but it has kept it in good condition, should be a easy job to strip this back to the silver finish.
Will come with the Hi Viz style sights on the barrel.
The Barrel is 26" long.
The original Trigger unit was replaced with a new one last year after I damaged the original.
Also with the Gun are the full set of 5 chokes. The one in the barrel will come out, I have just checked it is free moving!
2 firing pins and springs, never had to replace one yet but I had a friend in Turkey pick me up some spares.
3 o rings and 2 butt spacers - not sure if these work with the Pistol stock, I think they are only for the straight stock.
This gun is a real Marmite gun, either love them or hate them. It may not be pretty or have an Italian name, bUt it keeps on firing whatever I have put in it. This is one of the original with the push button floor plate. That is to say you have to push a button to feed cartridges in to it. I have read that the new auto feed ramp is too sensitive and new shooters are getting their fingers caught whilst loading etc. No issues with that here.
I have developed a technique which semi by passes the button problems that some complained about. Basically keep your thumb on the loading gate after you push the button and it keeps the gate open - not rocket science but it works.
I live very close to Bisley and can meet there in person.
I am intending on travelling up to see Ovenpaa in the next couple of weeks. Should he have the space and be prepared, I could take it up to him for you to collect or have him post it on.
