What can I say?, absolutely the best customer service I have had, ever!.
Had a couple of small problems with my order and Jon couldn't do enough to get it sorted, I should point out that it was mainly my fault for not ordering the right thing in the first place but Jon wouldn't even let me pay the difference or the extra carriage charges and is shipping the stuff today!.
As a result of Jon's generosity my daughter and I are now off to Asda to do a shop and donate it to the local food bank.
Once again a massive Thank You
