L/H Target Rifle

I'm looking for a reasonably cheap left handed target rifle to use as the basis of a build for long range/bench rest type shooting.
Anyone aware of anything lying around unloved on a dealer's shelf that would fit the bill?
Alternatively, does anyone know when/if CZ plan to sell any of their range with a heavier barrel than the American in L/H.
