Type 30 Arisaka bayonet and sling wanted.

I am looking for a Type 30 bayonet and sling for my 1942 vintage, 21st series Kokura Type 99 Arisaka.
I would prefer a bayonet with the Matsushita and Kokura marks and not last ditch.
I am also looking for the correct sling for this rifle.
