Dillon Precision.

Just took delivery of a spare part from Dillon Precision in the U.S. which was ordered 4 days ago via email. It was a free of charge replacement for a part that I broke, no fault of Dillon.
Their no BS guarantee is just that, they are simply legendary. I’m starting to regret agreeing to sell the press now, but it’s simply not getting used as much these days since the loss of my pistols and LBRs and lever actions are a poor substitute and don’t hold my interest. I wish all companies were as good with their ongoing support.

From personal experience RCBS are also excellent, however Lyman is truly awful in relation to customer service.

Redding were superb when contacted and I have spoken to Lee a couple of times recently and each time they were very good. The one company I have never had reason to speak to is Forster.

Dillon, as I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further.

I'll second what you say about RCBS again from personal experience but Dillon have been exceptional over a long period of time. Unfortunately I can't quite say the same about Lee. I suppose it's all really you only get what you pay for.

I've only the one experience with them but I contacted Lyman a couple of years back to enquire about a .311 expander for my set of 7.62x54R dies (which came supplied with a .308 expander) and the next I knew one just arrived in the post. I was impressed, but then I'm easy pleased! ;)

Would I be correct in assuming that this is still based on the experience you had with them 20 years ago? (in context with the OP's good experience which occured: today).

Dillon, clapclap clapclap used to get loads of stuff sent from them to Scotland - all present and correct every time..

I was in their shop last year and the lass commented she had a Scottish customer on the system - she pulled the file up and - it was Moi! Never had a bad experience with them - ever.

I've used them for twenty plus years, always faultless.
