Winchester .22 R/F ammo re-call

Guys,
I just had an e-mail from a shooting buddy in the US, stating that Winchester has re-called 2 batches of .22 R/F ammo, lot No.'s GD42L and GD52L.
The reason given is a possible double charge of powder.
