AI Rear bag Rider - revised design.

Darrel E had asked me to build a new type of rear bag rider for his Accuracy International to get it sitting lower and see if we could improve on the tracking, I had built a front bag rider specifically for his rifle (6,5x47) a while before so to add something new to the back end seemed like a logical move. After some discussion a design was agreed and he managed to test it for the first time at the Diggle 100 yard bench rest meeting last weekend.

This was his warm up group which went on to take smallest group in his class. He also won his class. So it seems to work and it is not even the finished version! tongueout
