WTD: Cheap High Rings

Anyone have any spare or know of a cheap supplier (checked the bay but it's hard getting the measurements right)?
I need 1" rings that centre 36mm off the rail or 43mm to the bottom of the weaver mount (assuming they're 7.2mm-ish) or 24mm from bottom of ring to rail, 31 from bottom of ring to bottom of mount.
A bit higher would be OK but not too much
Any help appreciated.
This is only for a .22 with a Hawke scope so I'm hoping for something around a tenner - £15
