The vid of him shooting Practical with a Barrett .50 semi auto, standing unsupported, was more impressive..!!!Blackstuff wrote:Yeah OAP's definitely couldn't use a gun to defend themselves could they, the poor old dears(!) Jerry isto the power of 10
Aside from superior accuracy, STANAG magazine compatability, the fact Enfield had been hankering after a bullpup since the 50s, it wasn't "just an underpowered SLR", it provided a decent length barrel in a compact package (essential with a 5.56), it could be scaled easily (down to a cadet rifle or up to a LSW with 80% parts commonality)? Well as the man said the FN CAL wasn't in production so simply saying "licensed production line please" wasn't an option.Chuck wrote:Wonder why we went to the SA 80?
Have you seen the one of the US guy shooting one one handed from the hip?Daryll wrote:The vid of him shooting Practical with a Barrett .50 semi auto, standing unsupported, was more impressive..!!!Blackstuff wrote:Yeah OAP's definitely couldn't use a gun to defend themselves could they, the poor old dears(!) Jerry isto the power of 10
