As per the title, need a few sets of dies

Lee will do for now as limited funds...
Full length size, neck size & FCD all of interest; plus seater dies too of course.

The calibers I'm interested in are as per the list.
For the people about to ask THE question that will be jumping out at some, the answer is BOTH.

7.62 Russian usually refers to 7.62x54r......7.62x39 is 7.62 Soviet
