hi does anyone have a neck sizing die for 7.62 x 54 r that they want to sell, can't seem to find any .

I use a Lee collet with appropriate sized cut washers epoxied to the shell holder.

Same here, do you mean .308 collet ?

I use a 303 collet for the 7.62x54R.
