Flea bay, most buffer tubes that find their way over here are Mil Spec. Ask Adam at AW Armoury.

Why is it a funny post. Brownells does them for $56.95 and with shipping I reckon it'll come in under a $100. Or am I missing something here?

Try here, has a Houge which looks like a copy of a CTR and buffer tubes, both for less than £100.

Thanks for the link, but thats a copy of a MOE, rather than CTR (it doesn't have the friction lock). Plus i'm getting a folding stock that has a commercial buffer so the CTR has to be commercial width (just to be awkward  )

1/ Brownells/MidwayUSA are both Onanists who won't ship to the UK (MidwayUSA forces you to use MidwayUK which basically changes the $ to a £ and doubles the number, and Brownells now think that the UK is only third to Iraq and Syria on the terrorist nations list)
2/ Magpul stuff can only be shipped outside the US under strict export conditions
3/ Even if you give them a US address to ship to as soon as they see your paypment is coming from the UK they stop your order

Yes... for much less than £100 :)
The only snag is delivery will take a while, depending on how long the export license takes to come through.
Sent you a PM on the other forum...

Any idea on time scale? Not in a mad rush but sometime this month would be good
