North Eastern arms

Been looking at another .22 in ar15 format and due to being at a loss with enough pennies last week, I missed out on another CMMG. And obviously using plastic helps...
While looking around I've found a North Eastern carbine in .22 for the price of £ 749, and wondered if anyone had an opinion on this .22
A M&W 15/22 is anything from £600-750 and a new CMMG retails at £870.
For £100-150 difference, the nea looks interesting, but I know nothing about them, although did see the .223/5.56 retail at £1499.
Would they both be mil spec, any thoughts ... Cheers.
