Well the NRA often gets bashed etc for their perceived short comings but I've got to say I emailed them regarding my membership and Nick replied with great speed and helpfulness. :)

I do know her but haven't seen her for a couple of months.
I don't think it will an employment issue.

I think it involves a missing scope - but someone from the NRA should be able to enlighten us.
