Hi,

Just joined the forum over the weekend. Currently a smallbore target shooter (shooting 2-3 times a week). Had my FAC just under a year now.
Now have the bug and would like to try full bore shooting again. I say "again" as I went to a range in about 1986 with my University rifle team and had a go over 600 yards and enjoyed it. Out shot our Olympic smallbore hopeful :). Funny how things stick in your mind :)

Interested in F/TR as I don't want to join the "arms race" of full F-class. Not unless my numbers come up tomorrow (fingers crossed),

Will be scouring the rest of the forum to see the best route to joining a club that shoots at Bisley.

Yes. Was emailing Nick Halford at the NRA yesterday to see what I need to do. I currently belong to the NSRA but not the NRA so will need to go thru 'assessment'.
My self declared smallbore coach from my local club (only joking, he's got me up to almost averaging 98) has also suggested teaming up with him and joining the Eagle club for next year. My 'coach' already shoots fullbore and I think still has a caravan at Bisley, at least he did 2 years ago when I was given a guided tour :)

Next piece on my list is to get a .308 slot on my ticket (currently 3 * .22 and not using them all but would like to in the future). I do like the look of the Dolphin target rifle :)
