Hello,

Before I buy from a dealer, I am looking for a retaining/keeper pin that secures a Lee Enfield rear sight axis pin . I am happy to pay the price of the set since I already have the axis one. Alternatively, if somebody has a need for the axis pin, please let me know, I'll buy the set and give you the part I do not need.

Or just use a split pin.

Or just not bother. The axis pin is hardly likely to fall out without the retaining pin.

I use piano wire.
That would be an improvement as it is held by a beautiful chromed safety pin at mom ;)

Thanks Dave, I already got the L shape sight with axis for a tenner so I bought the set on the photo . I only need the retention pin so, as soon as I receive it, if somebody needs the axis pin, pls let me know, I'll give it away before I store it somewhere far too safe to remember where, which I know is bound to happen. O:-)

"Pin Retaining Pin Axis Back sight" for all the old REME guys out there, smallest part of the No4 with the longest name...
