I've got an Anschutz Match 54 (Super match version IIRC) barreled action and a suitable stock in the cabinet that I need to accept I will never really use.

As I bought the action and stock separately I need to get some stock bolts for it- I'm sure I found a supplier (and they're a slightly funny thread) but am sodded if I can find it again- any ideas?

Find out the pitch of the threaded holes in the action & buy some suitable screws/bolts online...
(seems to be what InterShoot have done - for £6 per bolt!)

I'd second this. I needed to buy some action screws for a Remington 700 stock and the prices of the screws were stupid. So I just measured the threads and bought a set off Amazon/eBay and cut the overall length to size. They work perfect and have zero problems; for the price of one screw I managed to get 5 so I have back ups should I need them.

This is exactly what I intended to do originally when I bought the action/stock (hence me saying "and they're a slightly funny thread") but I seem to remember I couldn't find any from a generic bolt supplier last time I looked. However, worth another go as I too baulk at 6 quid a bolt.

Six quid (or twelve quid for a pair?) - seeing as a match rifle is all about accuracy and to get any sort of repeatability the action and stock have to be consistently torqued together, I would pay it personally. It's a minimum of a three hundred quid rifle that could be rendered wobbly and less desirable if you save a few quid on the bolts :)

Obviously a bolt is a bolt - if you can get exactly the right pitch, diameter, threaded portion vs plain and head size, then might as well, but if it's a half-arrissed job expect the rifle to shoot the same

Or use the opportunity to bed it...

The SIX QUID* BOLTS ARE exactly what I said to source per DIY - off the shelf (NON FACTORY SUPPLIED) aftermarket bolts - but in this case the seller has done the leg work for you

Anschutz supplied bolts are what price, anyone?

* the £6 are for 20mm - they go up to 70mm @ £12 per bolt

Eh, I think the bedding and torquing of the screws would be much higher on the list of priorities to be honest. With my "el cheapo" screws I still manage to obtain 0.5" groups at 100m. The only issue you might have is if the screws are made from a different alloy of steel where the shear strength could be different? Given the amount of work required to cut these bolts down I can't imagine that the force generated from recoil would be sufficient at shearing these bolts.
