Not sure on the make of the gun as its massively modified but it looks like a tube gun thats been modified so you can have spare tube mags and reload/swap out the whole mag tube each time. The SE Asian IPSC teams are (or were) quite keen doing it with Benelli M2's
I've seen a funny clip of someone charging into a tunnel with the mag tubes across their backside and as they go into the tunnel they get pulled off like a dog trying to get through a pet flap with a big bone, eh gets to the bottom of the tunnel before he realises he's got nothing to reload his gun with!

What a waste of time.
It's over engineered, out of date & would cost an arm & leg.
All modern weapons worth there salt have evolved to take detachable mags.
If you need to fire rapid & reload fast detachable mags is the only practical way of doing it.
From pistol all the way up to cannon.

Yes cannon, Anti aircaft cannon can use mags (great big ones) as can those Oerliken things on Turkish warships

How old is the 303 SMLE Rifle, Even that had a detachable mag. (but some say faster to load with a stripper clip)
Some where along the line every body forgot about the shotgun.
Early semi auto shotguns were crap, now they are very good.
So forget the old dumb tube fed & lets see more box mag fed shotguns.
And before the pump gang start, yes were faster but you need detachable mags as well.

The problem with shotguns is the ammo, the fact that its essentially 19th century tech as opposed to 20th that rifle ammo is, makes getting a box fed shottie to feed reliably harder than you. Some like the Catamount fury sold in the US have an adjustable gas system to overcome this when fed with multiple types of ammo. There is a shotgun in the US that uses a modern polymer round that has a rebated rim but the product is niche even in the US.
Anyone taking issue with what I've said, please feel free to correct but actual shotgun ammo appears the stumbling block with box feeding.

No reason why the base couldn't be redesigned to be rimless. Except for cost vs gain. How many shotguns exist? So you would still need to make that ammo. Who is going to swap to a new ammo that allows mag feed shotguns to work easier? Comp shooters and military. That's about it. For most other applications the tube is more than adequate. So where is the drive to fix what many see as not broken?

My Saiga 12 works great with 21g - 3in mag (auto plug) in 20rd mags & drum
My BR99 runs 21g upwards in 11rd mags & drum
So nothing to do with mag fed problems in 12g.
My sling shot works as well
Tube fed fine but old school
