Putting my quest for a nice Ruger Old Army on hold but would like something cheaper for the meantime.

Would prefer a package complete with caps, powder, ball, wads etc

Anything available?

I've got an ASM Remington in .44, needs a good bit of TLC (seized with rust). With powder measure, balls, wads, capsules and some 777.

Reasonably local to you (Cirencester) and the pistol itself would be cheap (as the alternative is to strip and surrender it for destruction).

I have an Anvil Arms Nitro converstion for sale - Remington 5.5" Barrell, complete with over 500 balls and 1000 primers plus powder. Only used for less then 30 shots. With powder and set of measures and vials.

Purchased in May at the Phoenix, but not using and wanting the cash for a Section 1 Shotgun

Why put in on hold? You'll only end up buying twice ; )

I've been thinking about moving on my good condition Rogers and Spencer. It's been well used but also well maintained and accurate. Crispest trigger I've ever come across. C.£250
I fancy a nitro muzzle loader (but can't afford yours Mr qws lol)
