REASONABLE PRICE SHOOTING JACKET FOR TEENAGER?

My 15 year old is getting into shooting so I'm thinking of getting him a cheap jacket, sling and glove. Found a place in Canada that does one for £65 which seems reasonable. I don't want to pay too much in case he decides that chasing girls is more important than getting shots in the five ring. Any suggestions?

Hi

Assuming this is for prone .22 or similar, I would have a look on (the auction site! search Anschutz) or ask around at the club if anyone has something suitable lying around.

It's OK to just buy a cheap jacket but they normally fit very badly and cause more issues than they solve.

Have a look on www.forum.stirton.com

It's a more target based forum and there is often stuff forsale on there

Get him to read, learn and understand....and most importantly...follow Safe Shooting Guidance in The Library section on here!
