You can make them yourself with some care, I occasionally make reamer bushings although it is time consuming. The trick is to not remove the bushing from the machine until you are ready to part it off and I use a carbide micro boring bar system and allow the cut to wash out a few times to overcome any deflection in the bar with the earlier cuts.

What material did you use was it stainless. When you say you reamed them does that not mean you would have to have a reamer in .290 and .293. Carbide micro borers sounds interesting and rather specialised I guess and probably expensive. :)

I make bushings to fit chamber reamers as opposed to reaming bushings, having said that I do ream some bushings however I do not always have a reamer to suit.

Yes, it is a bit confusing.

This is one of the micro boring bar systems I use, it is sitting in a Dickson S2 quick change tool holder and there are a few cutters to show the different sizes. I also use these for internal O ring grooves and some internal threading when I need very fine threads such as .5mm and less.

Interesting thanks for that. Facinating stuff. Wow that's a very generous offer thank you. I'd be happy to buy a couple of you.
I'm sure one of the guys at work could make me a holder.

You are welcome to the full drawing, it is a sketch of a work in progress as much as anything and the recently finished item has changed dimensionally in a couple of places to streamline it.
