Does anyone know of a source of .22 Winchester Automatic ammunition? Any quantity considered.

Thanks, Jame. Would you know who that is or someone who sells this brand?

Just checked the Aguila web site and they do not list it. Sent them an enquiry.

I have one round of the stuff which is probably not what you are looking for. Good luck with the search and please do post if you find a UK source.

I remember the storm Aguila created when they started making this. Seems it was the first production run of this ammo by anyone for some 60 years. It was a Limited Production run by Aguila. The rub has possibly finished now and guys on the US "old gun" forums were buying it by the case load.

In case it helps, Aguilas product number was 7-AMS22WA. I'd try Hannams and Norman Clarke, they always have strange stuff knocking about!

Aye, but it is the ammunition Derek is talking about not the staff.

Job sorted, guys. The Model 1903 that I bought as an original .22 WA calibre arrived this morning and turns out it has been sleeved by Parker Hale for .22LR! One happy bunny!! lollol
