Hi all and thanks for letting me in! I found the forum very informative and already spotted answers to many of the newbie's questions.

New into the shooting - currently waiting for my FAC to arrive. Interested in WW2 era rifles especially snipers (Mosin waiting with my name on it) but also looking for a good 308 target rifle which would be sufficient to practice skills for up to 600 yards.

Picking also M&P15-22 for indoor range hopefully soon :)

Good choice with the Mosina, but be wary as there are lots of "made up" Mosin snipers out there that are priced the same (or more!) than a genuine one.
