I have often been tempted to do something similar, because most of the disabled spaces at my local Asda are usually taken up by people stopping to use the cash machines.

The local Tesco in Haddington seems to view the disabled bays as a staff parking zone.
I've seen several members of Tesco staff in uniform use the bays without any sense of being in the wrong.
Incorrect use of the spaces should be a 3-points offence, and not only on the highway/public road either

Proper order. It'll really boils my blood when you see a perfectly fit and health person taking a disabled space.
