Its not very often that one can sing the praises of a Business in these ruthless times but I have received such great service from LIVENS in Burton-on-Trent that I feel it needs to be announced.
I bought an item from them by mail order and it arrived quickly but when opened there were some major issues. The next day I drove 30miles to their shop anticipating that I would have a battle on my hands.
Nothing could be further from the truth as they sorted my problem out with amazing sensitivity and friendliness.
It is also a great shop with everything a shooter could want at prices worth travelling for.
Thanks Jacob, Craig and all the staff. I'll be back and I wish the shop was nearer.
