Beretta extra full extended chole - Whats it worth?

I have a Beretta extra full (Turkey) choke sitting on my desk that needs a valuation. Not being a shotgun person i have no ideas, it would be a private sale and is second hand.

I bought a 'turkey gobbler' from the States a few years ago and it was around £35.00 delivered

What fitment is it? Mobilchoke, Optima Plus, Optima HP?
