Very funny. But I am going to be boring now, as a person who has had to employ the finger in my professional career , I remember standing looking out over the flat fen lands near Boston watching the sun rise one morning as I had my finger in some old blokes bottom thinking " there has to be a better way to make a living than this"..........in the old days before latex gloves were common, doctors used little finger covers (I forget their name) but were advised if they ran out of these to dig their fingernails (of the finger to be used) in to some hard soap so that the space between nail and finger went in full to stop it coming out full
