I know they are cheap however they are also bloody noisy, is anyone getting reasonable results from them?

We prefer a good worsted blazer and a straw boater...

I'm afraid I found them a bit ropey. If your rifle likes CCI, try CCI Standard velocity - not as expensive as other brands, but nowhere near as cheap as Blazers.

Fiocchi seem to suit all our .22 popguns, and are well priced. Clean too.

Tried them in my 10/22 and 1911. As you say bloody noisy and I've not found them to be especially accurate but OK for plinking with.

I use CCI Standard in both my CZ & 15-22 & I've never had any issues. Interestingly though, used Mini Mags & had a load of failures. Was tempted to try Blazer but maybe I'll give it a miss.

Blazer is CCI's answer to Remington Thunderbolt.
Both cheap and useless, even if you only have a vague interest in where the bullet goes after leaving the muzzle.

Blazer shoots okay for me although I reckon Minimag is a bit more consistent. I have had some really good groups with Blazer though and it always cycles well. Most HV brands are noisy through a 16 inch barrel.
