I'd love to see the results of their training when they have to face their first full magazine of 7.62 x 39.

I have seen a similar video of Spetsnaz troopers training in a similar manner, I believe it's to do with balance etc and the moves wouldn't necessarily be used in the real world so to speak.

Considering many of them legged it in the Mumbai attack I'd have thought the relay race and hurdlling more appropriate
