Hi folks

I treated myself to one of those mini cannons from Henry Kranks last year and I've finally got round to doing a little video of it.
Shows loading, firing plus some footage of it going bang in slow motion. Sorry for crap slomo quality, I've only got a consumer level camera.

Yes, I know on the video I'm in front of the cannon at one point when loading instead of behind it ... *mortified*
If anyone is thinking of getting one ... do so, it never fails to give everyone a HUGE cheesy grin when it goes off - and it's surprisingly accurate. Best £200 I ever spent for the giggle factor!

That looks like fun, I have been thinking about a cannon for ages and the Viking has mentioned them as well.

I love the cannons, don't get mine out as often as I should.

Kids turn shooters when they have more than pocket money ... You guys are nuts

Hey, if I don't enjoy it, I don't do it.

Actually I do use the cannon when teaching probationers about black powder and muzzle loading at Wakefield Rifle and Pistol Club. Of course they all love it to bits, big grins all round etc.
Just need a couple more of the Wakey members to get one and we've got a proper competition!

I shot one of the Ardesa .50 muzzle loading pistols......nearly ended up wearing it as a bloody hat!!!, twice was enough!.
