Hi all,
Just thought I'd say hello, I have recently joined Marple Rifle and Pistol club on a probationary membership. It is a fullbore club and everyone has been really friendly and helpful, last week I shot 50 rounds of .22lr with a club gun and really enjoyed it.
Over the next few months I plan on applying for my FAC so will probably have some questions further down the line.
My interests are mainly in the AR and AK platforms as I really like the look and feel of the new age rifles.
Many Thanks
Pete

Welcome aboard!
Plenty of 'black' rifle fans on here so you shouldn't have any trouble getting questions answered

Salut ,
We even have a resident AK expert here , who, I am sure, will be able to tell you everything you need to know about them - he did to me anyway ...

Hello and welcome Tovarisch.......if you have any AK-related questions I'll see if I can help, although I have not heard of one referred to as "new age" before!

Apologies I was referring to the AR's when I said new age although I believe they originate from the 70's.

Welcome Pete.
Our resident AR expert, Dromia, will be along shortly.
The AR-15 was developed in the late 50s, but I'm sure he would have told you that.
