.224 Berger 90gn 'Target BT Long Range' Bullets

Having (foolishly) caught the uber-heavy 223 Rem long-range bug again, does anybody have any of these spare, or know of any around please?
That's Berger part number 22426 and Berger discontinued them a couple of years or so back.
(Not the 90gn VLD which is still in production on an occasional basis.)
